QUOTES:
Our pricing for specialty items, including pianos, heavy safes, and items over 400 lbs, is determined based on the weight and size of the item, the number of flights of stairs involved, and the amount of manpower required for the move.
FEES

Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure all scheduled services, with the amount varying based on the type of move or service requested. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs without sufficient notice. For most local services, at least 48 hours' notice is required, while long-distance or business-related services require at least one week's notice to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Truck Fee Policy
To support the maintenance and operation of our fleet, a truck fee is applied to each move. The fee may vary depending on the type of service, such as local, long-distance, or commercial moves. This charge helps cover essential costs including insurance, maintenance, and necessary repairs. Our trucks are purpose-built and fully equipped with features like loading ramps and tie-downs to ensure safe and efficient transport of your belongings. The truck fee allows us to maintain high-quality equipment and deliver reliable service on every move.

Mileage Fee Policy
We offer a base mileage allowance at no additional cost. For moves that exceed this base distance, a per-mile rate applies. The rate may vary depending on the total distance traveled, with different pricing tiers for mid-range, long-distance, and extended cross-country moves. This structure allows us to fairly and transparently account for fuel, travel time, and wear on our vehicles for longer trips.

Additional Charges & Rescheduling Policy
Inconvenience Fee: An inconvenience fee may be applied in situations involving unforeseen complications during your move—such as additional items, extra stops, or unexpected conditions that impact efficiency.
Rescheduling Fee: If you need to reschedule your service on the same day as your appointment, a rescheduling fee may apply. The fee amount depends on the type of service booked. If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, your initial deposit will be retained. These policies help us manage scheduling, labor allocation, and overall service quality for all customers.

Same-Day Move Policy
All same-day bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. Due to the urgency and coordination involved, same-day services are billed at a premium hourly rate. This ensures we can deliver prompt, high-quality service and allocate the necessary resources to accommodate your move on short notice.

Our local delivery services are offered at a flat rate for single-item or small-set deliveries, with pricing subject to adjustment based on the number and weight of items.
Commercial delivery rates are flexible and determined by factors such as travel distance, item quantity, and overall weight. This approach allows us to provide fair and customized pricing for each delivery scenario.

STEP 1: Add A Booking To The Cart
Go to the Book Us page and find the type of service you need. Schedule a date and time and add your contact information then hit 'Confirm'.

Once you've added a booking to your cart, go to the cart page. Scroll down under the estimated total and 'Check out' button. Click on 'GOVX ID'.
